i dunno what you mean when you say "explain the preejaculation", i really do not know what you mean by that. you should have elaborated your question…

anyway, talking about the word itself, which is PRE-EJACULATION,  if you were asking about the meaning, this would be my answer

according to WIKIPEDIA, "Ejaculation is the process of ejecting semen from the penis, and is usually accompanied by orgasm as a result of sexual stimulation."

while "pre" is a prefix means before…

ergo, preejaculation means; before the process of ejecting semen from the penis, and is usually accompanied by orgasm as a result of sexual stimulation.

LET'S TALK ABOUT THE MALE PHYSIOLOGY

• PRE COITAL PHASE

at this phase the male's reproductive organ, particularly the penis, is relaxed.

• EXCITEMENT PHASE

the male's penis becomes engorged with blood (this is done because the penis is made up of spongy tissues). this in turn makes the penis swell, enlarged, become rigid and firm.

• PLATEAU STAGE

the glans (the penis' head) enlarged. clear fluid is secreted by the cowper's gland is ejected from the urethra.

• ORGASM

with continous stimulation, orgasm happens that is almost simultaneous to ejaculation.

those are the stages of preejaculation, pre coital, excitement and plateau (orgasm is not included since it is when the ejaculation happens). females also experience these phases, but since you were just asking about pre-ejaculation, i preempted that you just needed the information about the male's physiologic responses in these stages..

I am very happy today… yey… I am one of the 18, among 47 students, who passed the midterm.
